Peter has been involved with company sales, exit planning and acquisitions for over 30 years, firstly as a practising accountant with Price Waterhouse in the early 80s, then as an owner manager of a software and systems integration business, and finally, upon selling that business in 1999, as an advisor.
Peter’s sector experience includes IT, communications, manufacturing (particularly if there is Intellectual Property involved), Professional Services, support services and wholesaling.
